🎯 Role Overview

As a Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) in the Commercial Organization, you will serve as a trusted clinical expert developing professional relationships and delivering clinical education to key Health Care Professionals (HCPs) managing patients on BMS hematology products.

Note: Candidates must reside in the Indianapolis area.

The CNC’s mission is to enhance patient outcomes by delivering peer-to-peer clinical education, addressing treatment complexities, and supporting HCPs in patient identification and management.


💊 Therapy & Product Responsibilities

CNCs will support BMS’s Hematology Portfolio, including:

  • REBLOZYL (MDS)

  • ONUREG (AML)

  • POMALYST & REVLIMID (Multiple Myeloma)

  • ABECMA & BREYANZI (CAR-T Therapies)

(Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.)


👥 Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with academic and community HCPs.

  • Provide on-label education and product information using approved materials.

  • Conduct educational interactions via 1:1 meetings, group sessions, or virtual platforms.

  • Assess HCP needs and patient management protocols.

  • Evaluate impact of CNC activities and follow up as needed.

  • Continuously monitor account performance and adjust plans accordingly.

  • Stay updated on disease state knowledge, treatment landscapes, and product updates.


2. Clinical Expertise

  • Collaborate with sales partners to deliver on-label speaker programs and in-services.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and infusion support at CAR-T sites.

  • Support internal training for commercial and access teams.

  • Participate in medical congresses and share insights to inform strategy.


3. Commercial Planning & Execution

  • Contribute to account business planning and cross-functional strategies.

  • Execute franchise goals in alignment with commercial priorities.

  • Develop clinically meaningful CNC programs that support brand objectives.


🎓 Required Qualifications

  • Education:

    • APP (DNP, NP), MSN, or BSN

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in Hematology/Oncology

    • Industry experience as Nurse Educator preferred

  • Licensure:

    • Active Nursing or PA license

  • Clinical Expertise:

    • Hematology & Cell Therapy (AML, Lymphoma, MDS, Myeloma)

🚗 Travel & Work Requirements

  • Travel: 50–75% (includes flying and driving)

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $142,710 – $172,927
Additional cash incentives and stock options may apply based on eligibility.
Final compensation is based on experience and skill set.
