Clinical Dev Ops Analyst – Syneos Health

This role focuses on supporting clinical systems, dashboards, and reporting solutions for global clinical operations. The expected salary for Clinical Dev Ops Analysts in India typically ranges from INR 8–14 LPA, based on experience and technical expertise.

Job Summary:
The Clinical Dev Ops Analyst will provide end-to-end support for clinical reporting, system administration, and data analysis. This role involves handling user inquiries, developing dashboards, performing testing and validation, managing reporting requests, and delivering high-quality support for clinical operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in query development and Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide system and reporting support for clinical business operations.

  • Respond to customer support inquiries, investigate issues, and resolve data discrepancies.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and customized queries for clinical teams.

  • Run routine reports, update based on business feedback, and manage ad hoc reporting requests.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on clinical system projects, testing, and validation.

  • Support user training, prepare training materials, and guide system users.

  • Manage Service Desk tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.

  • Escalate issues appropriately and exercise problem-solving skills for complex requests.

  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on system/reporting enhancements.

  • Perform additional duties as required to support clinical reporting systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience in clinical operations support, clinical reporting, or clinical systems.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel and query development (SQL/advanced queries preferred).

  • Ability to troubleshoot data issues and deliver timely resolutions.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience in dashboard/report development and validation testing.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimal travel required (up to 10%).
