This job summary is for a Clinical Database Programmer position at Medpace, a leading clinical contract research organization (CRO). The position is full-time and office-based, and it will be part of the Biometrics team in India. The role involves managing clinical trial databases, ensuring compliance with company standards, and providing technical support to the data management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Database Development and Maintenance: Develop, program, validate, and maintain clinical trial databases following company standards.
  • CRF Management: Contribute to the company library of standard CDASH-compliant CRFs (Case Report Forms).
  • Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the data management team for assigned studies, providing technical support and ensuring high-quality programming.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
  • Experience:
    • 1-3 years of experience with Rave study build in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
    • Experience with custom functions (such as C# programming) is preferred.
    • Certified Medidata Rave Study Builders are preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Meticulous attention to detail.
