Clinical Data Services Associate – Accenture, Bengaluru (0–2 Years)

Job Summary:
Accenture is seeking a Clinical Data Services Associate for its Life Sciences R&D division in Bengaluru. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for graduates or early-career professionals passionate about clinical data reporting, database management, and healthcare analytics. You will play a key role in supporting global biopharma clients in data operations, clinical reporting, and patient-centric outcomes. This is an excellent entry point into the clinical research and healthcare technology domain.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in clinical data management and reporting for pharmaceutical and biotech clients

  • Support the development of clinical trial databases and reports using PL/SQL, SQL, and SAS

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory-compliant data processes

  • Handle data from external sources such as labs, EDC, and IRT systems

  • Ensure data integrity and high accuracy through quality assurance measures

  • Solve routine data and process issues using standard procedures and guidelines

  • Learn and implement industry best practices, tools, and methodologies

  • Work as part of a focused team and report to your immediate supervisor

  • Adhere to detailed instructions for daily tasks and new assignments

  • May be required to work in rotational shifts as per project needs


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BE/BTech in Computer Science, or Master’s in Actuarial Science

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in clinical research or data reporting

  • Familiarity with clinical databases, EDC systems, and CRF design

  • Hands-on knowledge of PL/SQL, SQL, or SAS is highly desirable

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and client-facing skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure

  • Effective team collaboration and communication skills

  • Adaptability and eagerness to work in dynamic healthcare environments
