Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and execution of data science strategies in clinical trials.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to define data requirements.
Develop and oversee implementation of statistical models and analytical tools.
Mentor and lead a team of data analysts and data scientists.
Deliver insights and recommendations through detailed reports and presentations.
Contribute to the development of innovative clinical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Statistics, Life Sciences, or related field.
Significant experience (typically 8–12 years) in clinical data science or analytics within clinical research.
Proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools.
Demonstrated leadership in managing clinical data science projects.
Excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
