Position Overview:

The Clinical Data Processor is responsible for performing clinical data entry, verification, and quality control checks to ensure accurate and high-quality clinical trial data. This role supports project deliverables under the guidance of clinical data management or programming teams.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform accurate clinical data entry from source documents into designated databases.

  • Verify and validate clinical trial data to ensure completeness and accuracy.

  • Conduct quality control checks on data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Support the maintenance of data integrity throughout the study lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with clinical teams to resolve data queries and inconsistencies.

  • Adhere to SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards during data processing activities.

  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries as needed.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support project objectives.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Entry-level position; suitable for candidates with minimal or no prior experience in clinical data management.

  • Understanding of clinical trial processes preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of data entry, verification, and quality control procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Good analytical and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows PC applications.
