Fortrea is hiring a Clinical Call Representative (Part-Time) responsible for receiving and placing calls to healthy participants and scheduling screening appointments for potential clinical study matches. The role supports clinical research operations by ensuring accurate data entry, appointment coordination, and participant communication.

Key Responsibilities

Participant Interaction

Enter medical history and demographic information from potential study participants into a computerized database.
Schedule screening appointments for potentially qualified participants.
Confirm screening appointments with participants.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Data Management & Compliance

Maintain accurate and up-to-date participant information in the database.
Ensure compliance with study protocols and internal procedures during participant interactions.

Communication & Coordination

Follow precise directions and read from provided scripts during calls.
Communicate clearly and professionally with participants to schedule and confirm appointments.
Collaborate with clinical research team as needed.

Required Skills

Customer Service & Communication

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow scripts and precise instructions.
Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

Technical Skills

Knowledgeable in computer programs, including word processing.
Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.

Basic Qualifications

HS Diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in customer service or call center environment.
