Job Overview:

Join Fortrea’s Clinical Research team and play a crucial role in early clinical development by supporting study recruitment. As a Call Center Representative, you will handle public inquiries about study participation and schedule screening appointments for qualified participants.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clinical study participants.

  • Enter medical history and demographic information into a computerized database.

  • Schedule screening appointments for qualified individuals.

  • Assist in training new employees.

  • Ensure website and phone system information remains accurate and updated.

  • Support other departments through cross-training as needed.

  • Attend outreach programs to recruit participants when required.

  • Participate in and help develop continuing education plans for skill enhancement and unit growth.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.


Experience & Skills:

  • Proficiency in computer programs and data entry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
