Clinical Associate – Labcorp, Bangalore

Job Summary:

Labcorp is hiring a dedicated Clinical Associate for its Bangalore team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in clinical trials, laboratory operations, specimen management, or biomarker research. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Study Tracking Plans (STPs) across multiple client systems

  • Establish and maintain timelines to meet business objectives

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues

  • Participate in process improvement and Six Sigma initiatives

  • Support quality issue investigations and metrics management

  • Interface with customers for basic job functions

  • Train staff and review training/SOP materials

  • Lead or assist with assigned special projects


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in clinical trials, laboratory, or specimen management

  • Degree in Life Sciences or certification in allied health professions (e.g., Nursing, Lab Tech)

  • Knowledge of informed consent, regulatory compliance, and molecular biology is a plus

  • Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, STPs, and global SOPs

  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
