Clinical Associate – Labcorp, Bangalore
Job Summary:
Labcorp is hiring a dedicated Clinical Associate for its Bangalore team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for professionals with 2–3 years of experience in clinical trials, laboratory operations, specimen management, or biomarker research. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Study Tracking Plans (STPs) across multiple client systems
Establish and maintain timelines to meet business objectives
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and procedural issues
Participate in process improvement and Six Sigma initiatives
Support quality issue investigations and metrics management
Interface with customers for basic job functions
Train staff and review training/SOP materials
Lead or assist with assigned special projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of experience in clinical trials, laboratory, or specimen management
Degree in Life Sciences or certification in allied health professions (e.g., Nursing, Lab Tech)
Knowledge of informed consent, regulatory compliance, and molecular biology is a plus
Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, STPs, and global SOPs
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
