Role Overview

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a Clinical Associate in Critical Care Medicine to join our dedicated healthcare team in Rourkela, Odisha. The Clinical Associate will support critical care operations, assisting physicians and multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in patient management in ICU and critical care settings, including monitoring, documentation, and implementing treatment plans.

  • Support physicians and nursing staff in daily clinical rounds and interventions.

  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and protocols.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate effective patient care.

  • Participate in training, continuing medical education, and research initiatives to stay updated with latest critical care practices.

  • Support quality improvement, patient safety, and infection control initiatives in line with hospital standards.


Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–3 years in clinical care, critical care, or hospital-based roles; fresh graduates with relevant clinical exposure are encouraged to apply.

  • Education: MBBS, BSc Nursing, or other relevant healthcare qualification.

  • Knowledge of ICU protocols, patient monitoring systems, and emergency procedures.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.
