Job Overview

Optum is seeking an experienced Clinic Supervisor – Medication Management to join its Medical & Clinical Operations team in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals with strong experience in population health, health program management, clinical operations, and stakeholder engagement.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading health management initiatives, executing wellness and population health strategies, managing cross-functional collaborations, and driving employee health improvement programs through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinic Supervisor – Medication Management, you will:

Population Health Strategy & Program Management

  • Assess employee population health needs using:
    • Claims data
    • Utilization statistics
    • Satisfaction metrics
    • Health analytics
  • Identify health improvement opportunities and develop tactical project plans.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive population health strategies.
  • Support health improvement and employee wellness initiatives at both local and global levels.
  • Lead execution of population health project management activities.

Wellness Program Execution

  • Plan, promote, and deliver:
    • Health events
    • Wellness initiatives
    • Webinars
    • Employee training programs
    • Engagement campaigns
  • Drive participation in workplace wellness programs.
  • Support health resilience and preventive care strategies.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage coordination across population health vendors.
  • Remove operational barriers and improve referral pathways.
  • Create integrated health service delivery opportunities.
  • Collaborate with:
    • Client internal teams
    • Optum operations teams
    • Engagement teams
    • Sales teams
    • Account management stakeholders

Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring

  • Conduct impact analysis of health initiatives.
  • Benchmark wellness programs and engagement performance.
  • Monitor, track, forecast, and analyze:
    • Claims trends
    • Utilization patterns
    • Health risks
    • Program effectiveness
    • Clinical engagement opportunities
  • Use insights to optimize health management strategies.

Compliance & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with:
    • Data protection laws
    • Company policies
    • Workplace wellness procedures
    • Client governance requirements
  • Respond professionally to client concerns, feedback, and suggestions.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

Education
