Ware Road, you will support and oversee clinic operations under the guidance of the Clinic Administrator, ensuring high-quality patient services and operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinic staff, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and consistent quality care.

  • Monitor workflow and clinic schedules to maintain productivity standards.

  • Enforce consistent application of operational policies and procedures.

  • Participate in recruitment, staff onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure appropriate setup and support for medical staff including supplies and office space.

  • Collaborate with Clinic Administrator and senior management to optimize operations.

  • Coordinate staff activities and serve as a resource for medical management teams.

  • Manage clinic metrics, generate reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

  • Order and maintain inventory of medical and office supplies.

  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain cost-effective clinic operations.

  • Support with planning and executing meetings and conference calls.

  • Perform additional related duties as required.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of clinic operations or healthcare experience, with 1 year in a lead/supervisory role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).

  • Strong computer literacy.

  • Understanding of organizational policies, problem-solving, and operations in clinical settings.

  • Knowledge of HR and fiscal management practices.

  • Skilled in communication, data analysis, and prioritizing workflows.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish

  • Familiarity with EMR/Clinical Databases


Physical & Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull objects up to 25 lbs

  • Capable of prolonged sitting or standing

  • Fine motor skills for operating equipment

  • Ability to comprehend instructions and solve problems using logical reasoning


Salary Range:
$49,300 – $96,400 annually (based on experience, education, and location factors)
