Job Overview:

ICON plc, a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization, is seeking a Client Services Associate I to join its dynamic team. This role will be essential in managing client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth execution of client projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate client meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation.
  • Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and ensure project execution is efficient and effective.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining client records, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
