Job Summary

Medpace is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join the Phase 1 Unit Call Center Team. This position involves recruiting participants for research studies and supporting the overall success of our clinical operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule participants for screening appointments using the participant database.

  • Conduct phone screenings to determine eligibility based on study criteria.

  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient participant recruitment and scheduling.

🕒 Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (shifts vary)

  • Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (required)


Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma (required).

  • Experience:

    • Prior experience in the medical or healthcare industry (preferred).

    • Experience in a call center environment (preferred).

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

    • Flexibility to work varying shifts and extended hours as needed.
