Job Summary

Medpace is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join the Phase 1 Unit Call Center Team. This position involves recruiting participants for research studies and supporting the overall success of our clinical operations. Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule participants for screening appointments using the participant database.
Conduct phone screenings to determine eligibility based on study criteria.
Maintain accurate records of all communications and appointments.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient participant recruitment and scheduling.

🕒 Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (shifts vary)
Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (required)

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma (required).
Experience:
- Prior experience in the medical or healthcare industry (preferred).
- Experience in a call center environment (preferred).
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and extended hours as needed.
