Job Purpose:

To manage assigned brands throughout their product lifecycle with the goal of achieving business objectives and increasing profitability. The role includes developing brand strategies, executing promotional campaigns, launching line extensions, and enhancing therapy engagement to grow market share.


Key Accountabilities:

  1. Brand Planning & Sales Growth:

    • Create and execute comprehensive brand plans to achieve sales budgets and expand market share.

  2. Strategy Monitoring & Execution:

    • Collaborate with internal and external customers to evaluate the success of brand strategies.

    • Recommend changes and improvements based on field insights and execution outcomes.

  3. Stakeholder Training & Engagement:

    • Conduct targeted training programs to enhance product knowledge and in-clinic effectiveness for internal teams.

  4. Scientific & Therapy Engagement:

    • Represent the brand and participate in scientific conferences to drive therapy development and professional networking.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Full-time MBA in Marketing (mandatory)

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience (preferably in brand management within the pharmaceutical industry)


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong Domain Knowledge in marketing and healthcare

  • High collaboration and execution ownership

  • Capable of strategic thinking, innovation, and agility

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to lead with empathy

  • People management and cross-functional coordination


Estimated Salary: ₹8–₹14 LPA (based on early experience in pharma brand management)
