Job Summary

Sanofi is hiring an Associate Project Specialist – Medical Communications to support global publication and medical education initiatives from its Hyderabad operations hub. This role focuses on project management and operational oversight of medical communications, assisting scientific writers in coordinating submissions, ensuring compliance, and engaging cross-functional stakeholders to meet high-quality standards. The position is ideal for individuals with strong scientific knowledge, publication experience, and pharmaceutical operations exposure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for medical education and publication materials

  • Support submission workflows and stakeholder communication for scientific writers

  • Ensure compliance using tools like iEnvision, PromoMats, and NAYA

  • Track timelines, risks, and issues related to publication delivery

  • Support budget tracking, PO creation, vendor coordination, and GRN processes

  • Store and organize final deliverables in compliance with Sanofi’s documentation systems

  • Collaborate with global and local scientific communication teams

  • Contribute to process optimization and productivity enhancement in medical writing operations

  • Maintain and develop effective working relationships with global medical stakeholders


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in medical communications or pharma project management

  • University graduate in life sciences or pharmacy; post-graduate qualifications preferred

  • Strong knowledge of publication planning and compliance in the pharmaceutical domain

  • Proficiency with publication and compliance tools (e.g., iEnvision, PromoMats)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
