Role Overview:
As an Associate Manager – Therapy, you will lead initiatives that improve patient satisfaction, drive excellence in clinical services, optimize program budgets, and ensure operational efficiency across therapy programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient support programs, develop educational content, and oversee the implementation of performance and compliance protocols.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Experience & Support Program Optimization:

  • Improve patient satisfaction and outcomes by enhancing the quality of therapy support.

  • Budget and forecast monthly clinical service costs and optimize resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with RHC (Renal Health Coordinators) and Sales teams for patient travel support.

  • Track escalations and ensure resolution within TAT; drive feedback surveys to assess satisfaction.

2. Performance Management in Clinical Services:

  • Monitor and evaluate clinical team and third-party service performance.

  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for therapy delivery.

  • Provide therapy achievement feedback to Team Leads (TLs) and Senior Management (SM).

3. Training & Awareness Initiatives:

  • Create training calendars and organize monthly training sessions for the clinical team.

  • Collaborate with Marketing & Medical Affairs to develop patient education materials.

  • Assess and upskill clinical staff to ensure consistent onboarding and knowledge enhancement.

4. Operational Excellence & Data Management:

  • Forecast annual patient numbers and identify service providers for support programs.

  • Manage provider contracts and renewals based on program reviews.

  • Ensure timely therapy reporting and implement tools for accurate data capture.

  • Maintain regulatory compliance; reconcile AE and peritonitis reports with PV & RHC teams.


Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience in clinical operations, patient support programs, or therapy management.

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills to handle budget forecasting, reporting, and team evaluation.

  • Ability to train and mentor clinical teams, drive patient awareness, and implement operational protocols.

  • Willingness to travel and collaborate with external/internal stakeholders to enhance therapy delivery.


Salary: ₹12.0 LPA – ₹18.0 LPA (estimated for associate managerial roles in therapy/clinical operations in Gurgaon)
