About the Function – Global Legal Team:
The Global Legal team acts as a strategic partner to the business, offering legal guidance across commercial, business development, strategic partnerships, private equity, compliance, and major corporate initiatives. The team ensures the company operates within a strong and scalable legal and contractual framework.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal support and analysis on strategic business activities and agreements
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on compliance, risk management, and regulatory matters
Participate in organizational initiatives ensuring legal due diligence and contractual clarity
Align legal inputs with the company’s broader commercial and regulatory objectives
Support the Legal team’s mission to be an enabler of innovation, growth, and compliance
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Education: B.Com
Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in corporate legal or legal operations roles, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences sectors
