Role Overview

Clario is seeking an Assistant Clinical Project Manager to support the delivery of medical imaging services for global clinical trials. This role provides hands-on exposure to clinical project management activities, supporting project start-up, execution, and close-out while collaborating closely with cross-functional and client-facing teams.

This position is ideal for professionals looking to build a long-term career in clinical project management within the clinical research and imaging domain.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Clinical Project Managers with project administration, documentation, presentations, and meeting coordination

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams to ensure timely completion of study milestones and deliverables

  • Assist with project start-up, execution, and close-out activities, including financial tracking, forecasting support, and invoice reconciliation

  • Monitor project progress, respond to internal and client inquiries, and communicate status updates effectively

  • Serve as an acting Project Manager for assigned tasks or studies when required

  • Track timelines, manage outstanding action items, and support logistics and material distribution

  • Verify protocol-specific imaging requirements and support query resolution

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, ICH, and FDA guidelines throughout project execution

  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, team training, and continuous process enhancements


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, or clinical imaging studies

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience with imaging protocols, data verification, and query management is highly desirable

  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is a plus
