๐ŸŽฏ Apprenticeship Summary

The Apprentice – Centralized Delivery role is an entry-level position designed to support Global Clinical Operations and Project Delivery Teams in various clinical research and operational activities.

The apprentice will execute day-to-day departmental functions in accordance with Fortrea and/or Sponsor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), contributing to the smooth delivery of global clinical studies.


โš™๏ธ Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”น Operational & Project Support

  • Assist the Centralized Delivery Team in delivering support across multiple functions within Global Clinical Operations and Project Delivery.

  • Participate in reviewing project reports and preparing process prep packs for Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

  • Support study start-up activities, access management tasks, and eTMF (Electronic Trial Master File) management.

  • Process investigator payments as instructed, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

๐Ÿ”น Data & Quality Management

  • Assist in maintaining and organizing project documentation and technical records in a systematic and compliant manner.

  • Help visualize project and operational data into meaningful analytics and insights to support informed decision-making.

  • Support quality checks, identify potential issues, and escalate appropriately to ensure high-quality deliverables.

๐Ÿ”น Administrative & Functional Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to functional leads and line management as required.

  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.

Education

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Biotechnology
• Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Life Sciences
