Role Summary

The CRA II ensures clinical research studies are conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include on-site and remote monitoring, developing monitoring tools, contributing to SOPs, and managing defined project components.

  • Supports reliable study results and improved patient outcomes


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of clinical trials

  • Review study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms

  • Develop and implement monitoring plans, checklists, and templates

  • Contribute to SOPs, processes, and training materials

  • Manage project components: site visits, tracking progress, resolving issues

  • Maintain accurate documentation: monitoring reports, follow-up letters, action plans

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical trial operations


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Experience: 2–4 years in clinical research monitoring

  • Knowledge: Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements

  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Attention to detail and analytical thinking

    • Problem-solving and critical thinking

    • Organizational and time management abilities

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial management systems

Preferred Certification:

  • Certified Clinical Research Associate (CCRA) or equivalent

Salary
