The Zonal Account Manager CV Specialist role is responsible for implementing cost-effective, results-driven programs and initiatives within Clinical Sales in Hospital/Hospital Systems. This position supports the overall strategy, ensuring employees are well-informed and customer accounts are efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Implement innovative and results-driven programs for Clinical Sales in the Hospital/Hospital Systems area.

  • Sales Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to continually refine and improve the sales strategy.

  • Customer Account Management: Document and maintain customer account information, set up reporting to track sales pipeline progress.

  • Coaching and Mentorship: Support junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.

  • Product Knowledge: Ensure clear communication on product knowledge, launches, and policies across the team.

  • Sales Incentives: The position is eligible for sales incentives and commissions based on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in MedTech sales or similar roles in clinical sales.
