Position Summary

The Trainee – Quality Assurance will support key quality operations related to material sampling, document management, and in-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with established quality systems, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within manufacturing and packaging areas.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support sampling activities for raw materials, packing materials, blends, swab/rinse, hold-time studies, semi-finished goods (SFG), and finished goods (FG).

  • Collect and submit stratified, pooled, and other types of samples to the Quality Control department.

  • Submit executed batch documents to the release team and document cell.

  • Arrange and maintain sampling accessories, reserve sample cabinets, and hold-time sample storage areas.

  • Clean and maintain sampling aids, accessories, and IPQA cabinets.

  • Handle destruction of reserve samples in compliance with SOPs.

  • Manage requests, receipts, and submissions of protocols and logbooks to the document cell.

  • Issue Apo Web formats as required.

  • Maintain organization of IPQA cupboards in manufacturing and packing areas.

  • Review executed logbooks for both manufacturing and packing areas.

  • Provide assistance to IPQA personnel in routine quality assurance activities.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and ensure a safe work environment.

Qualifications

Education

  • B.Sc. / B.Pharm / equivalent degree in Science or related discipline.

Experience

  • 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates may apply).


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Positive attitude and professional work temperament.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
