About the Role
Parexel is seeking passionate and detail-oriented graduates to join as Trainee Clinical Database Programmers. This role offers a valuable opportunity to begin a career in Clinical Data Management and Clinical Research Programming within a leading global CRO (Contract Research Organization).
As a trainee, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of clinical databases, contributing to the accuracy and integrity of clinical trial data that advances global healthcare.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or
Professional Bachelor’s degree (B.E / B.Tech) in a relevant discipline, or
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
Batch: 2025 graduates only
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and validating clinical databases to ensure data accuracy and compliance with study requirements.
Support clinical data management activities and collaborate with project teams to ensure quality deliverables.
Contribute to the programming, testing, and documentation of database systems and data validation checks.
Apply logical reasoning and analytical thinking to solve programming and data-related challenges.
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical skills and logical reasoning.
Basic understanding of the CRO/Pharmaceutical industry, drug development process, and clinical data management workflow.
Proficiency or working knowledge of at least one programming language:
C / C#.NET / VB.NET / VB Script / Java
Good time management and ability to work under defined timelines.
