Job Overview

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Technical Lead – AR Management (Healthcare) to join our Hyderabad team. In this hybrid role, you will leverage your expertise in Healthcare Products and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to lead training, optimize AR processes, and drive operational excellence. The role operates on night shifts and focuses on improving team performance, client satisfaction, and organizational efficiency.

This position also requires prior exposure to Learning & Development (L&D) to develop training programs, guide operational teams, and ensure knowledge transfer of RCM processes.


Key Responsibilities

Knowledge Transfer (KT):

  • Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to understand processes, policies, procedures, and guidelines.

  • Conduct detailed knowledge transfer sessions for teams, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Content Design & Development:

  • Develop and update training modules, presentations, and documentation based on organizational and client needs.

  • Ensure all training content reflects current process standards and regulatory compliance.

Training Facilitation:

  • Deliver training sessions to operational teams, maintaining quality and compliance standards.

  • Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvements for better outcomes.

Coordination & Communication:

  • Liaise independently with clients and internal stakeholders for training and documentation activities.

  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations to track training progress and outcomes.

Project Management:

  • Manage training and documentation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to performance metrics.

  • Analyze project effectiveness, recommend improvements, and resolve operational or performance issues.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of trainers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

  • Conduct team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and performance appraisals.

  • Organize Train-the-Trainer programs and manage resource allocation efficiently.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Ensure team adherence to organizational policies and conduct internal audits.

  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance AR management and team effectiveness.


Required Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

  • Previous experience in Learning & Development (L&D) or training delivery.

  • Strong expertise in accounts receivable management, process optimization, and client engagement.

  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team, mentor staff, and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and training documentation tools.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model with night shifts.
