Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales operations in the assigned territory, ensuring sales targets are achieved and the distribution network is effectively managed.
  • Drive key project KPIs in Oncology and establish strong relationships with oncologists in the area.
  • Organize academic engagements and scientific discussions to promote product knowledge and drive KOL adoption.
  • Develop a robust customer base and ensure product knowledge levels meet company requirements.
  • Implement effective sales and promotional strategies to increase market share and sales volume.
  • Monitor and ensure the timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, results, and market opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies on compliance, training, and sales practices.
  • Manage receivables in line with company policies and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
