Job Summary
Cognizant is seeking a Technical Analyst Associate to support its TriZetto Provider Solutions division, focusing on enhancing revenue cycle management and healthcare operations. This hybrid role in Earth City, Missouri is ideal for professionals with a technical mindset, customer service experience, and an understanding of HIPAA X12, ANSI EDI, and healthcare data systems. Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to internal and external healthcare customers
Troubleshoot and resolve production or data-related issues efficiently
Deliver high-quality service in alignment with SLAs and client expectations
Maintain detailed records of technical issues and resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to support implementation and upgrades
Communicate technical solutions clearly to users and stakeholders
Prioritize and manage workload across multiple client tickets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role
Strong customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
Familiarity with HIPAA X12, ANSI EDI, and healthcare revenue cycle
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, healthcare systems, or clearinghouses
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare, or equivalent experience
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work in fast-paced environments
