Position Overview:
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will deliver patient-centered pharmaceutical care through medication management, education, and preparation. Your role will ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication therapy. Utilizing your clinical expertise and sound judgment, you will contribute to and implement patient care plans based on diagnoses in a timely manner. You will also precept Pharmacy Residents in our accredited Residency Program, fostering confidence and collaboration among patients, their families, and healthcare providers through thorough assessment, monitoring, and communication. Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations is essential to provide optimal patient care while ensuring privacy and safety.

Job Description:

Education:

Doctorate in Pharmacy from an accredited institution

Certification & Licensure:

Licensed Pharmacist (PHARMD)
OR Registered Pharmacist (PHARMR)

Typical Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

Pay Range:
$95.50 to $109.80 per hour. The salary range may vary based on location and other factors, including experience, education, skills, and certifications. This range has not been adjusted for geographic differentials. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package for eligible roles.
