KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Supervisor, Production at Teva, you will be responsible for overseeing the Granulation area in the Production Department. Your key duties include:

  • Upkeep and Supervision of Granulation Area: Ensure the granulation area remains well-maintained and supervises daily activities in the area.
  • SOP & Documentation Review: Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documentation within manufacturing areas.
  • SAP R/3 System Management: Handle manufacturing-related transactions in the SAP R/3 system.
  • Investigation of Deviations: Prepare and review investigations related to deviations, Out-of-Specifications (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), market complaints, and exception reports.
  • Equipment Qualification: Sign equipment qualification documents as a business owner.
  • Glorya EDMS Activities: Perform tasks related to the Glorya EDMS system.
  • Batch Manufacturing: Oversee batch manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) instructions.
  • Material Storage Management: Manage material storage areas to ensure proper handling and compliance.
  • Compliance with cGMP Practices: Ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) at all times.
  • Training and Development: Provide training to staff, manage manpower, and ensure the training needs of the team are met.
  • Inspection Readiness: Maintain inspection readiness within the production department.
  • Regulatory and Audits: Participate in regulatory inspections and internal/external audits.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education:
    • B.Pharm / M.Pharm
  • Experience:
    • 4-7 years of experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical production.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of SOP compliance, cGMP practices, and batch manufacturing processes.
    • Proficiency in SAP R/3 system and Glorya EDMS.
    • Strong leadership and training capabilities for staff development and performance management.
