Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Study Nurse to join our growing clinical research team. The ideal candidate will support the clinical trial process by ensuring accurate clinical documentation, sample handling, and patient care in compliance with protocols and SOPs.


Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Procedures & Documentation:

  • Monitor and record vital signs as per SOP/protocol and complete vital CRFs

  • Perform IV cannulation and collect blood samples during studies and screening

  • Administer investigational products as per study protocol

  • Label and verify vacutainers and cryo vials for accuracy

  • Manage segregation and documentation of collected samples

  • Record temperature and humidity of the ward, sample collection area, and ICU

Patient Safety & Emergency Preparedness:

  • Report and assist in managing adverse events (AEs)

  • Maintain and update emergency medicine stock and associated logbooks

  • Ensure proper functioning of ICU instruments and complete relevant records

  • Follow bio-waste disposal procedures in compliance with SOPs

Ward & Study Management:

  • Supervise the BA/BE and ICU wards

  • Ensure availability of phlebotomy materials and clinical supplies

  • Assist in volunteer registration and BMI assessment during screening

  • Support screening and registration activities

Administrative Support:

  • Compile screening and study reports; enter lab values in system

  • Update training files of contract staff

  • Ensure all study-related procedures follow SOPs and regulatory protocols


Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Registered Nurse with Nursing Council certification

  • Experience: 0–2 years in clinical or research settings

  • Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication

    • Computer literacy for data entry and report preparation

    • Attention to detail and ability to follow protocol

    • Team-oriented with patient-centric approach


Estimated Salary: ₹2.5 – ₹4.5 LPA (based on entry-level nursing roles in clinical research)
