  • Role: Hospital Pharmacist
  • Primary Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and review patient profiles, advising prescribers to avoid drug interactions or adverse reactions.
    • Manage medication inventories for routine, emergency, and floor stock needs.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is required.
  • Commitment to continuous education to maintain licensure is essential.

Licensure and Certifications

  • Licensure by the New Mexico Board of Pharmacy is mandatory.
  • Ongoing certification(s) and education to maintain licensure are required.

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
