Role Overview:
The Sr Statistical Programmer develops advanced R/Shiny applications, integrates databases, creates interactive visualizations, optimizes app performance, and collaborates in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop R programs and Shiny applications (reactivity, modules, layouts, custom components)
Customize Shiny applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Integrate Shiny apps with databases (e.g., SQL) for storage, retrieval, and manipulation
Create interactive visualizations using Plotly
Optimize Shiny apps for performance, responsiveness, and large dataset handling
Write unit tests, debug, and troubleshoot Shiny applications
Use Git for version control and collaborative development
Document application features and communicate technical concepts clearly
Familiarity with Python and Selenium testing framework
Work effectively in an Agile development environment
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in R Programming
Advanced Shiny development skills (reactivity, modules, layouts, custom components)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for Shiny app customization
Experience with Plotly for interactive visualizations
Database integration experience (SQL)
Proficiency in Git for collaborative development
Skills in performance optimization, testing, and debugging of Shiny apps
Familiarity with Python and Selenium
Strong communication and documentation skills
Agile experience
