Role Overview:
This position is for a Sr Statistical Programmer with advanced R/Shiny expertise. The role involves developing interactive web applications, optimizing performance, and collaborating within agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop R programs and advanced Shiny applications (reactivity, modules, layouts, custom input/output).
Customize Shiny apps using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
Integrate Shiny apps with databases (e.g., SQL) for data storage, retrieval, and manipulation.
Create interactive and insightful visualizations using Plotly within Shiny apps.
Optimize Shiny applications for performance (load time, responsiveness, large datasets).
Implement testing and debugging using unit tests, troubleshoot issues in Shiny apps.
Collaborate with team members using Git for version control.
Work in an Agile environment and communicate technical concepts effectively.
Familiarity with Python and Selenium testing framework.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in R programming
Advanced Shiny development (reactivity, modules, layouts, custom components)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for Shiny app customization
Experience with Plotly for data visualization
Database integration experience (SQL)
Proficiency in Git for version control
Strong skills in performance optimization, testing, and debugging Shiny apps
Familiarity with Python and Selenium
Strong communication and documentation skills
Agile experience
