Sr Statistical Programmer – Syneos Health, Madhapur
Job Summary
Syneos Health is hiring a Senior Statistical Programmer in Madhapur to lead the development of clinical data programs, deliver high-quality outputs, and provide expert-level statistical programming support to biostatistics teams. Ideal for professionals with proven experience in SAS, R, or Python, this role offers the opportunity to work on innovative drug development projects in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain programs for analysis datasets, tables, and figures.
Provide end-to-end statistical programming support for biostatisticians and stakeholders.
Organize and manipulate complex clinical trial data for accurate reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues ensuring data integrity.
Evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Lead and mentor junior programmers, ensuring high coding standards.
Collaborate across teams to deliver statistical outputs aligned with study goals.
Manage project deliverables while maintaining compliance with statistical and regulatory standards.
Stay current with advancements in statistical programming methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Proven experience in statistical programming, ideally in clinical research.
Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python for data analysis and programming.
Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Certifications
SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 preferred.
Additional certifications in data analysis/statistical programming are advantageous.
