Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain programs to generate analysis datasets, tables, and figures with accuracy and compliance.
Provide comprehensive programming support for statisticians, clients, and business stakeholders.
Source, organize, and interpret complex datasets using advanced coding techniques.
Collaborate with statisticians and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality statistical outputs.
Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues.
Evaluate and enhance existing programming processes for efficiency.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of programming processes and policies.
Guide and mentor junior programmers; oversee work quality and project completion.
Stay updated on emerging statistical programming tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in statistical programming and data analysis.
Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred Certifications
SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 or equivalent.
Certification in data analysis or statistical programming (preferred).
