Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain programs to generate analysis datasets, tables, and figures with accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide comprehensive programming support for statisticians, clients, and business stakeholders.

  • Source, organize, and interpret complex datasets using advanced coding techniques.

  • Collaborate with statisticians and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality statistical outputs.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve programming issues.

  • Evaluate and enhance existing programming processes for efficiency.

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of programming processes and policies.

  • Guide and mentor junior programmers; oversee work quality and project completion.

  • Stay updated on emerging statistical programming tools and methodologies.


Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Proven experience in statistical programming and data analysis.

  • Proficiency in SAS, R, or Python.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.


Preferred Certifications

  • SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9 or equivalent.

  • Certification in data analysis or statistical programming (preferred).
