Role Overview
The Sr. Information Security Risk Analyst will serve as a senior member of the Third-Party Risk Management team. This role focuses on evaluating and mitigating cybersecurity risks posed by third-party vendors, while enhancing overall information security posture.
Key Responsibilities
Third-Party Risk Assessment
Conduct detailed assessments of third-party cybersecurity practices to identify risks and gaps
Perform external audits and compliance reviews on information security and risk management
Collaborate with third parties and internal stakeholders to implement mitigation measures and actionable cybersecurity controls
Identify, analyze, monitor, and track risks; report on third-party risk profiles
Metrics & Reporting
Develop and maintain risk metrics and dashboards for actionable insights
Drive automation of third-party risk management processes and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy
Participate in ad-hoc risk assessment requests
Cybersecurity Awareness
Stay updated with latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and industry developments
Provide proactive recommendations to mitigate potential risks
Qualifications
Proven experience in cybersecurity and third-party risk management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and information security best practices
Experience in creating metrics, dashboards, and risk reporting
