Position: Compliance & Expense Audit Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and audit employee expense reports submitted via SAP Concur within defined timelines.

  • Communicate with sales teams to clarify inaccurate, incomplete, or non-compliant expense entries.

  • Prepare and document clear audit findings; communicate results to employees and managers.

  • Update existing processes and document new ones as needed.

  • Identify and escalate system/application issues to management promptly.

  • Extract, allocate, and track reports for team review and compliance monitoring.

  • Respond to audit-related queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).

  • Support special projects and ad hoc compliance-related tasks.

  • Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Foster a culture of compliance, accuracy, and continuous improvement.


Essential Requirements

  • Experience: 1–4 years in compliance, audit, or related roles.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Familiarity with SAP Concur or similar expense management tools.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting.

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English, including professional email writing.

  • Collaboration: Experience coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Other Competencies:

    • High attention to detail.

    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks effectively.

    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.


Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of US compliance regulations.
