ThePharmaDaily.com is featuring an exciting opportunity for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join a global healthcare technology leader. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in product management, analytics strategy, and healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead analytics strategy and execution for a Real-Time Settlement (RTS) platform, combining technical depth with product leadership to deliver data-driven insights across the entire RCM lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in improving financial performance, operational efficiency, and user experience across healthcare ecosystems.


Key Responsibilities

Analytics Strategy & Delivery

  • Define and own the analytics roadmap across RTS platforms, AI models, and technology layers

  • Design dashboards, reports, and diagnostics aligned to measurable business value

  • Establish continuous feedback loops to enhance analytics performance and decision-making

Product Management & Ownership

  • Translate business and stakeholder requirements into product features, specifications, and user stories

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions

  • Own backlog prioritization, roadmap execution, and value realization across releases

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Expertise

  • Apply in-depth knowledge of end-to-end RCM workflows, from pre-service to post-service

  • Build analytics to identify denial risks, inefficiencies, and payment acceleration opportunities

  • Work with healthcare data standards including EDI 835/837, payer rules, and EMR integrations

Product Analytics & Telemetry

  • Define and implement telemetry to capture product usage, adoption, and performance metrics

  • Monitor clickstream data, navigation paths, churn, API latency, and workflow success rates

  • Partner with engineering to instrument analytics across APIs and RTS workflows

  • Leverage tools such as Adobe Analytics, Splunk, Databricks, and Power BI for insights and reporting

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Deliver executive-ready analytics insights covering financial performance, productivity, and recovery metrics

  • Act as a trusted partner to internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders

  • Communicate complex analytics insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Analytics roles

  • Strong experience in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

  • Hands-on expertise with analytics platforms such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Splunk, and Databricks

  • Solid understanding of healthcare data standards, EMR systems (Epic, Cerner), HL7, and EDI formats

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable, value-driven outcomes


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building AI-driven or AI-first analytics products

  • Background in SaaS platforms and API-driven architectures

  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, or data modeling

  • Strong storytelling and executive communication capabilities
