Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Executive

Location: Promea Therapeutics HO (Cyto Division)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Executive to optimize and streamline supply chain operations, including sourcing, logistics, and inventory management. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Sourcing: Assist onsite sourcing teams in achieving targets while ensuring vendor compliance with sourcing SOPs.
  • Logistics Management: Develop strategies for timely deliveries, optimize logistics costs, and resolve any bottlenecks, ensuring adherence to logistics SOPs.
  • Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, conduct audits for SOP compliance, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans to minimize their impact.
  • Quality Control: Establish and monitor quality control procedures to ensure operations and deliverables meet required standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure seamless operations and processes.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor quality of sourced materials, manage receivables, and address any issues.
  • MIS Reporting: Prepare performance reports covering cost, stock in/out, RM quality, compliance, and receivables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or a similar field, preferably in a technical or manufacturing setting.
  • Strong expertise in product sourcing, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
