Basic Qualifications:
PhD in Statistics with or without relevant experience or MSc in Statistics with 4+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial design, execution, analysis, and interpretation.
Expertise in a wide range of statistical methodologies (e.g., Experimental design, mixed models, Bayesian methods, linear and nonlinear regression).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain novel and standard methods to statisticians and clinical colleagues.
Proven ability to influence across multiple functions and organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in applying methodologies such as Experimental design, mixed models, Bayesian methods, linear and nonlinear regression, and repeated measures.
Experience with modeling, simulation, and other innovative methodologies.
Evidence of statistical innovation and technical statistical strength in the clinical trial domain.
Experience in regulatory submissions and interaction with regulatory bodies.
Experience working with and coordinating CROs.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
Provide statistical input for clinical study design, analysis, reporting, and interpretation.
Influence clinical development plans, regulatory strategies, and commercial strategies.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external partners.
Identify, develop, and implement novel statistical methodologies.
Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of statistics and explore their applicability.
Manage conflicting demands and priorities.
Develop creative solutions and apply them to problem-solving.
