As a Senior Statistical Programmer I, you will play a key role in developing statistical programming solutions, particularly within Oncology projects. This position emphasizes advanced R programming and data visualization capabilities, with an opportunity to work on real-world data from industry-leading healthcare databases.
Apply deep domain and programming expertise in Oncology-focused projects
Create interactive visualizations for Oncology-specific analyses using R Shiny
Identify and address programming best practice gaps, offering innovative solutions
Ensure programming deliverables are in alignment with industry and internal standards
Work with claims and Oncology databases such as Flatiron, COTA, Marketscan, and Optum
Perform advanced analyses including:
Line of Therapy algorithms
Survival analysis
Analyses using varied statistical models
Collaborate on defining and constructing tumor-specific treatment lines
Engage with datasets supporting patient cohort analyses and Real World Evidence (RWE) studies
Expertise in R and SQL programming
Strong experience in R Shiny for Oncology data visualizations
Experience with Oncology and claims databases (Flatiron, COTA, Marketscan, Optum)
Familiarity with tumor-specific treatment pathways and statistical methodologies
Understanding of coding systems; experience in RW Code list creation is preferred
CDISC guidelines or Instant Health Data (IHD) experience preferred
Prior work on Analytic Datasets and patient cohort design is an advantage
