Senior Software Engineer


Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will take ownership of assigned tasks, deliver within deadlines, and continuously aim to improve code quality and adherence to standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software in line with business requirements

  • Deliver software within defined time frames while meeting quality standards

  • Continuously seek improvements in software quality and timeliness

  • Gain a full understanding of project scope to support effective software development

  • Learn and follow established methodologies, standards, tools, and techniques

  • Participate actively in project progress reviews

  • Carry out tasks assigned within the scope of the project and meet expectations of the assigner

  • Provide regular status updates to the Team Leader based on assigned work plans

  • Perform unit testing to ensure functionality and stability

  • Fix defects identified during testing and code reviews


Desirable Skills and Experience

  • 3–6 years of software development experience

  • Strong experience with TrackWise configuration

  • Proficiency in creating and managing Crystal Reports

  • Familiarity with software development life cycle practices and methodologies

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment

  • Good communication and reporting skills
