About the Team
Sanofi Global Hub (SGH), based in India, centralizes processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. SGH is a strategic partner delivering tactical support to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations globally.
Key Responsibilities
Scientific Writing & Communication
Develop HEVA communication deliverables (manuscripts, posters, abstracts, slide decks) aligned with HEVA strategy and global HEVA communication plans.
Manage core HEVA communication processes, templates, and products across the portfolio in line with scientific and value messaging (Core Value Dossier, US AMCP Dossier, and other submissions).
Establish and maintain Core Value Decks, ensuring timely updates with critical HEVA evidence.
Ensure compliance with publication SOPs, Good Publication Practice, and other regulatory standards.
Innovate communication strategies to enhance the relevance and impact of HEVA evidence on access and reimbursement decisions.
Oversee end-to-end publication processes using iEnvision (formerly Datavision/Matrix).
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with HEVA, RWE, and scientific communication teams (global and local).
Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders within assigned business units and products.
Interact with healthcare professionals for publication development.
Provide strategic support by engaging with external experts and institutions.
Leadership & Mentoring
Coach and mentor junior HEVA writers; review and enhance their deliverables.
Share knowledge and best practices to strengthen team capabilities.
Process & Performance
Conduct comprehensive publication-needs analysis within therapeutic areas.
Collaborate with regional vendors for timely and high-quality deliverables.
Gather and implement feedback to improve content quality and delivery.
About You
Skills & Competencies
Soft skills: Strong stakeholder management, effective communication, ability to work independently and in teams.
Technical skills:
Background in health economics, public health, epidemiology, or related health sciences.
Knowledge of therapeutic area/domain-specific content.
Familiarity with Good Publication Practice and publication submission processes.
Experience with project management tools and workflows.
Languages: Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
Experience
Prior experience in scientific writing within HEVA, medical communications, or related domains preferred.
Exposure to global publication standards and HEVA-related deliverables is an advantage.
