Sanofi Global Hub (SGH), based in India, is a centralized organization supporting Sanofi’s global business units — Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, Consumer Healthcare (CHC), R&D, Data & Digital. SGH provides strategic and functional support for Medical, HEVA, and Commercial activities worldwide.
🎯 Main Responsibilities
1️⃣ Core Writing & Communication
Develop HEVA communication deliverables: manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks.
Align deliverables with global HEVA communication strategy and business unit plans.
Maintain Core Value Decks and ensure updates reflecting latest HEVA evidence.
Adhere to publication SOPs and compliance guidelines.
Support innovation in HEVA communication to enhance impact on access and reimbursement decisions.
2️⃣ People & Collaboration
Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across GBUs and product teams.
Collaborate with HEVA, RWE, and Scientific Communication teams globally.
Coach and mentor junior HEVA writers.
Interact with healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy and relevance in publications.
3️⃣ Performance & Delivery
Deliver HEVA materials on time and with high scientific quality.
Support publication planning and data-driven HEVA strategies.
Ensure all deliverables are compliant with Sanofi standards.
4️⃣ Process & Project Management
Manage communication processes, templates, and product documentation.
Lead publication planning and execution using iEnvision (formerly Datavision/Matrix).
Work with vendors and partners to ensure quality deliverables.
Implement improvements based on user feedback and program evaluations.
5️⃣ Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with global/local HEVA, RWE, and Scientific Communication teams.
Develop customized communication deliverables for different regions.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners for effective HEVA publication strategy.
