As a Senior Scientific Writer, you will develop complex scientific and medical communication content including manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and slide decks. You will manage the end-to-end publication and medical education content development process, ensuring documentation, compliance, and approval through systems like PromoMats and iEnvision.
The role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and internal scientific communication teams to deliver high-quality scientific content. You will also mentor junior writers, build therapeutic area expertise, and support publication planning activities across different medical communication initiatives.
Develop scientific publications and medical education materials such as slide decks, abstracts, manuscripts, and posters.
Manage the complete publication lifecycle including documentation, review, and approval.
Work closely with global scientific communication teams and healthcare professionals.
Provide strategic support for publication planning and scientific communication initiatives.
Assist in publication need analysis and implementation of regional publication plans.
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliverables.
Mentor and review content created by junior scientific writers.
Continuously improve training, content delivery, and medical communication processes.
