About the Team
The Global Scientific Communications Content Hub is a growing, high-performing, collaborative team responsible for:
Developing medical communications, medical education, and medical information content.
Working closely with global medical units (Oncology, Neurology & Immunology, Fertility, CM&E, Global Health).
Based in the Global Healthcare R&D Hub in Bengaluru and collaborating worldwide.
Your Role
As a Senior Scientific Writer, you will:
Develop high-quality medical communications and publications content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support global medical communication needs.
Contribute to improvement initiatives across the Scientific Communications Content Hub.
Keep abreast of trends in scientific communication and apply them in projects.
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
3+ years for Senior Writer positions.
5+ years for Expert Writer positions.
Experience in medical communications, medical affairs, or clinical research in international Pharma/Biotech/agency settings.
Proven track record of successful scientific writing across multiple content types.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Education: Advanced degree in science, medicine, or related subject.
Therapeutic expertise: One or more areas – Oncology, Neurology & Immunology, Fertility, Cardio-metabolic & Endocrinology.
Preferred Requirements
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to develop medical content for:
Publications (manuscripts, abstracts).
Congress materials (posters, presentations).
Medical education content.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex scientific datasets.
Awareness of emerging trends in scientific communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
