Job Summary

Medpace is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Imaging to join their rapidly expanding imaging services team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in clinical trials and imaging to leverage their expertise and grow their careers further.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Provide tactical leadership and administration to Medpace Core Laboratory’s project teams, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery for central imaging, ECG, and remote biosensing technology data management.
  • Study Tracking: Use study management tools to monitor site start-up activities, site performance, and data submission.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of Core Laboratory services to sponsors within the expected timelines and budget.
  • Team Management: Lead project study teams, including supervising Project Coordinators and other Project Managers.
  • Communication: Maintain regular contact with sponsors, the internal project team, and external imaging-related vendors. Notify relevant parties about deviations from timelines or deliverables.
  • Meetings and Scheduling: Conduct study team meetings and schedule activities in alignment with client needs and internal goals.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree and 5 years of relevant clinical trials experience or a PhD in Biomedical Engineering or Drug Development with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience: Knowledge and experience with imaging interpretation and acquisition. Prior experience in a Core Lab is preferred.

Compensation

  • Target Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000 per year, based on skills and experience.
