Role Purpose:
The Senior Project Associate is responsible for managing digital and web-based projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to project scope and quality standards. The role demands a proactive communicator, a skilled coordinator, and a problem-solver who can navigate both technical and business contexts.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
Experience Requirements:
Around 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in web/digital-based projects.
Experience in life sciences organizations is an advantage.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in MS Excel and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Hands-on experience with project management tools and modern technologies.
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Adept at conducting research, analyzing project-related issues, and applying findings.
Passion for staying updated on technology developments and relating them to project work.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage dependencies and critical paths.
Core Responsibilities:
Understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Communicate requirements clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Identify and manage dependencies, critical paths, and risks.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Liaise with stakeholders and resolve conflicts within the team.
Develop and deliver project reports, proposals, and presentations.
Define success criteria for projects and ensure adherence.
Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations for improvement.
Develop and implement best practices for project execution and management.
Work Location Assignment: On Premise / Hybrid (based on company policy)
