Job Title: Content Developer (Pharmaceuticals)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and update content for various commercial assets, focusing on digital channels (e.g., banner ads, emails, social media posts, websites) and printed material (e.g., posters, slide kits, patient guidelines).
  • Ensure compliance with German legislation, regulations, and client internal policies, and validate content with authentic and up-to-date references.
  • Collaborate with medical, regulatory, and legal teams to ensure content adherence to guidelines.
  • Occasionally participate in creative projects involving ideation and moving image for campaign-level activity.
  • Work closely with graphic design, brand, and production teams on briefs, workshops, and project deliveries.
  • Participate in client calls and training programs as required.
  • Utilize AI tools to provide accurate and relevant copy content.
  • Maintain compliance with quality, confidentiality, and security standards.

Requirements:

  • Related healthcare Degree/Masters or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in an in-house creative or agency role, preferably in the Pharma sector.
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements in the market, particularly in respiratory & immunology, cardiovascular, renal & metabolic, oncology, and rare diseases.
  • Strong writing skills with conceptual ability and digital landscape knowledge.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication/presentation.
  • Experience in SEO copywriting is advantageous.
  • Passion for networking and stakeholder engagement.
  • Up-to-date with the latest technical/scientific developments.
  • Client-oriented attitude with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and timeline-driven with multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in a large multi-national company in a matrix corporate environment preferred.
  • Fluent in both written and verbal communication in German and proficient in business English.
  • Ideally located within commuting distance to the local client's office city Hamburg.
