Role Overview
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) acts as the scientific bridge between BMS and the external healthcare community. The role focuses on scientific exchange, medical education, clinical trial support, evidence generation, patient advocacy initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
The MSL develops peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and ensures the appropriate and safe use of BMS medicines through scientific discussions and evidence-based medical communication.

Ideal Candidate Profile
A physician (MBBS/MD) with 2–5 years of Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or Pharmaceutical Industry experience, preferably in Oncology or Hematology, who enjoys scientific discussions, stakeholder engagement, and clinical trial support activities.
Candidates with strong communication skills, KOL engagement experience, and a passion for advancing patient care through scientific exchange will be particularly successful in this role.
